Drill 4 holes in the wall (8mm

) for the wall support.
The fixing must support a tensile strength of 400 daN (2 brackets make up the wall suport).
The following are recommended when fixing cantilevered appliances to a concrete wall:
* The reinforced concrete of the wall must be at least of the quality 23 MPA (DTU).
* Use HSA-R M 8x75 rawl plugs or equivalent (2 per support so 4 per oven).
* For the plugs above, the drilled holes for each plug must be 8mm diameter and 75mm deep as a minimum.
Fix the brackets to the wall using the rawl plugs. Fix the detergent container support to the right hand bracket using the 4 rivets provided. Level
the 2 wall support brackets. Locate the oven on the support. Secure the oven to the support with four M6 x 50 bolts, there are threaded inserts under
the oven.

ON A TABLE OR ADVANCIA NEUTRAL UNIT (not available for MINIJET DUO ovens)
Services plan
If the oven is going on a table against a wall or other support
with a rear upstand (such as an Advancia neutral unit), allow for a cut
out (400 x 60mm) to the rear for services and ventilation
Locate the oven on the support. If necessary secure the oven to
the support with four M6 x 50 bolts, there are threaded inserts under the
oven
6.4
INSTRUCTION FOR HOT CONTAINERS
Maximal heigh for loading is 1600mm from the ground. A sticker is
delivered with the instructions manual. Place the sticker on the Combi oven at
1600mm from the ground
Danger: For containers that are filled with liquid or food that liquefies during
the cooking process, operators must be able to see the contents of
the container if it is inserted any higher.

INSTALLATION: CONNECTIONS
7.1
RACCORDEMENT ELECTRIQUE
The fixed electrical supply to the unit must incorporate an appropriate isolator that can be locked in the off position.
All aspects of the installation should be in compliance with current local regulations.
The appliance must be connected to the earth.

Electric connection is carried out from the rear of the appliance,
whatever the model
- Undo the screw holding the terminal strip support plate.
- Tilt to the left.
- Thread the cable through the gland.
- Connect the wires (check out the neutral and the earth).
- Tighten the gland.
- Refit the plate.
- Connect the earth cross bonding to the terminal provided.
