10. Troubleshooting
No power assistance
when the bike is
powered on
The bike is not being powered
1. Check if the battery is installed correctly
2. Check if battery power is low
3. Make sure the controller connector is
connected
Mileage is insufficient
1. Battery is not fully charged 1. Check if the charger is working properly
2. Tire pressure is low 2. Check tire pressure before riding
