ACHTUNG:
Für die senkrechte Montage von Spiegeln nach DIN EN 1036 geeignet (nicht geeignet für Antikspiegel
oder Spiegel mit Spezialbeschichtung auf der Rückseite, wie MiroxSafe etc.). Splitterschutzfolien etc.
müssen immer um die verklebten Bleche herum verlegt werden. Die Bleche dürfen nicht auf einer
Splitterschutzfolie, sonstigen Folien oder anderen Oberflächen wie z. B. Holz, Stein, Kunststoff, DILITE

usw. verwendet werden.
Spiegelrückseite muss sauber, trocken und fettfrei sein
Jedes Spiegelblech auf der ganzen Fläche für 5 sec. mit ca. 200 N (20 kg) andrücken
Verklebung der Spiegelbleche sollte vor dem Aufhängen des Spiegels 30 Minuten ruhen. Nach der
Ruhezeit von 30 Minuten die Bleche nochmals kräftig andrücken
Der Spiegel muss spannungsfrei montiert werden
Vorbereitung der Montage
Gewünschte Position des Spiegels an der Wand festlegen, z. B. durch Anhalten des Spiegels und
Anzeichnen der Spiegelecken.
Vorbereitung des Spiegels
Spiegel mit der Rückseite nach oben auf eine ebene und saubere Unterlage (z. B. Glaserfilz) legen. Reinigen
Sie die Spiegelrückseite mit Bohle Spezialreiniger (BO 5107910). Die Fläche muss sauber, trocken und
fettfrei sein.
Verklebung der Bleche und Abstandhalter
Die Verklebung der Bleche muss bei einer Raumtemperatur von mind. 18°C erfolgen (Spiegel und Bleche
dürfen nicht kälter als die Raumtemperatur sein). Zeichnen Sie die Position der Bleche mit einem weichen
Bleistift auf der Spiegelrückseite an. Die beiden gekröpften Spiegelbleche

jeweils 10 cm vom oberen und seitlichen Rand entfernt anzeichnen. Die beiden unteren Haftbleche
2
jeweils 5 cm vom unteren und 11,5 cm vom seitlichen Rand anzeichnen. Die Abstandhalter
3
sollen nach
der Montage ein Durchbiegen des Spiegels verhindern. Schutzfolie abziehen und die Abstandhalter auf
der Spiegelrückseite verteilen. Nun die Schutzfolie von den gekröpften Spiegelblechen abziehen und die
Bleche im Winkel von ca. 30° mit der abgekanteten Seite an der oberen Linie anlegen und dann entlang
der seitlichen Linie aufkleben. Die unteren Haftbleche im Winkel von ca. 30° an der unteren Linie anlegen
und entlang der seitlichen Linie aufkleben. Nach dem Aufkleben ist eine Korrektur der Bleche nicht mehr
möglich.
WICHTIG:
Jedes Blech auf der ganzen Fläche für 5 Sekunden kräftig andrücken (ca. 200 N / 20 kg Druck)
und anschließend die Verklebung 30 Minuten ruhen lassen! Danach noch einmal kräftig
andrücken.
Montage der Exzenterscheiben und Magnete an der Wand
Ausgangspunkt ist die festgelegte Position des Spiegels an der Wand. Bohrlöcher für die Exzenterscheiben

jeweils 12 cm vom oberen Rand und 15 cm vom seitlichen Rand der gedachten Spiegelposition
anzeichnen. Bohrlöcher für die Magnete
5
jeweils 8,5 cm vom unteren Rand und 15 cm vom seitlichen
Rand anzeichnen. Jetzt die 6 mm Löcher bohren. Setzten Sie die Dübel in die Bohrlöcher ein und schrauben
Sie die beiden Magnete mit der Grundplatte zur Wand in die unteren Bohrlöcher. Die Exzenterscheiben
werden in den oberen Bohrlöchern und mit der Kerbung zur Wand angeschraubt (
Achtung:
die Stellung der
Kerbung muss waagerecht sein) Durch die exzentrische Bohrung können die Exzenterscheiben um +/- 3 mm
in der Höhe verstellt und somit waagerecht ausgerichtet werden (
Achtung:
Wandunebenheiten müssen
unbedingt ausgeglichen werden, damit der Spiegel spannungsfrei montiert wird).
Aufhängen und Ausrichten des Spiegels
Nach der Ruhezeit von 30 Minuten die Bleche nochmals kräftig andrücken, dann den Spiegel in die
Exzenterscheiben einhängen und mit leichtem Zug nach unten gegen die Magnete drücken. Durch Drehen
der Exzenterscheiben ist eine Höhenkorrektur möglich.
Abnehmen und Aufhängen des Spiegels
Greifen Sie mit 2 Händen und in Höhe der Magnete hinter den Spiegel. Durch leichten Zugbewegung lösen
sich die Magnete von den Haftblechen und der Spiegel kann aus den oberen Halterungen gehoben werden.
Zum erneuten Aufhängen den Spiegel wieder so in den Exzenterscheiben positionieren, dass die unteren
Haftbleche über den Magneten stehen und mit leichtem Zug nach unten den Spiegel gegen die Magnete
drücken.
Tipp 1
Um zwischen Spiegel und Wand einen größeren Abstand zu erreichen (z. B. für einen Trafo bei
Verwendung von 12V-Spiegelleuchten), können zwischen Exzenterscheibe/Druckknopf und Wand
auch Distanzplatten eingesetzt werden (evtl. werden dann längere Schrauben benötigt).
Tipp 2
Nach dem Aufkleben der Spiegelbleche kann eine Splitterschutzfolie auf die Spiegelrückseite
aufgebracht werden. Hierfür einfach die Fläche der Spiegelbleche aus der Splitterschutzfolie
ausschneiden.
Tipp 3
Bei Verwendung von Spiegelheizungen muss ein Abstand von 10 cm zwischen den Blechen
und der Heizung eingehalten werden.
Was kann Ursache dafür sein, dass ein Spiegel nicht hält?
Die Bleche wurden nach dem Verkleben nicht auf der ganzen Fläche und kräftig genug angedrückt und
daher ist nur eine punktuelle Verklebung entstanden, die das Gewicht des Spiegels nicht halten kann.
Die Spiegelrückseite wurde nicht korrekt gereinigt und die Klebefläche der Bleche konnte daher keine
ausreichende Verbindung mit der Spiegelrückseite eingehen.
Mögliche Unebenheiten an der Wand wurden nicht ausgeglichen und daher steht der Spiegel nach
Montage unter ständiger Spannung. Das kann auf Dauer zu einer vollständigen Ablösung des
Klebebandes von der Spiegelrückseite und/oder von dem verwendeten Blech führen.
Lagerung/Haltbarkeit
In geschlossener Originalverpackung (dunkler Lagerort, Raumtemperatur 20° C, relative Luftfeuchtigkeit
50%), Angaben auf dem Etikett beachten.

ATTENTION :

Reverse side of mirror has to be clean, dry and free of grease
Press the full surface of each mirror plate onto the mirror with a pressure of approx. 200 N (20 kg) for
approx. 5 seconds
Bonded mirror plates should rest for 30 minutes before mirror is hung up. After mirror has rested for
30 minutes, press plates once again firmly to the mirror.

Preparation for mounting
Mark position of the mirror on the wall by holding it against the wall and marking the mirror edges.
Preparation of mirror
Place the mirror on a level and clean surface (e.g. on glass felt) with the reverse side facing upwards.
Clean the reverse side of the mirror with Bohle Special Glass Cleaner (BO 5107910)..
The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease.
Bonding of Mirror Plates and Spacers
Bonding of mirror plates requires a minimum room temperature of 18°C (mirror as well as plates must
not be cooler than room temperature). Mark the position of the plates on the reverse side of the mirror
with a soft pencil. The two folded-edged plates

should be marked at a position
10 cm from the upper and left/right side edges. The two flat metal plates

should be marked at a position
5 cm from the bottom edge and 11.5 cm from the left/right side edges. The spacers

will prevent a
bending of the mirror after mounting. Remove protective film from the spacers and distribute the spacers
over the entire reverse side of the mirror. Remove protective film from the folded-edged plates. Hold the
plate so that the largest fold is at the top. With the bottom of the plate lifted at an angle of approx. 30°,
place the top edge of the plate along the top marked line. Keeping the side edge perfectly aligned with
the side marked line, press the metal plate into position. Next, remove protective film from the flat metal
plates. With the top of the plate lifted at an angle of approx. 30°, place the bottom edge along the bottom
marked line. Keeping the side edge perfectly aligned with the side marked line, press the metal plate into
position. Once the mirror plates have been bonded, their positions can no longer be adjusted.
IMPORTANT:
Press the full surface of each mirror plate onto the mirror with a pressure of approx. 200 N
(20 kg) for approx. 5 seconds and leave to rest for 30 minutes! Then press against it firmly again.
Mounting of Eccentric Discs and Magnets to the Wall
Refer to the marked wall position of the mirror. Mark the bore holes for the eccentric discs

12 cm from
the upper edge and 15 cm from the left/right sides of the marked mirror position. The bore holes for the
magnets
5
should be marked 8.5 cm from the bottom edge and 15 cm from the left/right side edges. Drill 6
mm holes. Insert dowels in the bore holes. With the base plate of the magnets facing the wall, screw the
two magnets into the bottom bore holes. Screw the eccentric discs into the upper bore holes, making sure
that the notched side of the eccentric disc faces the wall (
Important:
The notch must appear at the side
of the disc, i.e. horizontal, and not at the top or bottom.) The eccentric discs can be adjusted by +/- 3 mm
in height to allow horizontal adjustment of the mirror. (
Please note:
Any unevenness of the wall must be
corrected to allow tension-free mounting of the mirror.)
Hanging and Adjusting the Mirror
After allowing the metal plates to bond to the mirror for 30 minutes, firmly press plates onto the mirror
once again. Hang the mirror onto the eccentric discs, then gently pull downward and press the mirror
against the magnets. By turning the eccentric discs, the height can be adjusted to align the mirror
Removing and Re-hanging the Mirror
Grip the mirror with both hands at the height of the magnets. Gently pull with a tug to release the
magnetic force; the mirror can then be lifted out of the upper fixtures. To re-hang the mirror to the wall,
simply position the mirror in the eccentric discs as before with the metal plates aligned over the magnets.
Gently pull downward and press the mirror against the magnets.
Tip 1
To obtain a larger distance between mirror and wall (e.g. for a transformer for 12 V mirror lamps)
distance plates between wall and eccentric discs/press buttons can be used (longer screws may
be needed in this case).
Tip 2
After bonding the mirror plates a splinter protection film can be applied to the mirror.
Simply cut out the mirror plates from the film.
Tip 3
When using mirror heating systems, there must be a distance of min. 10 cm between plates and
heating.
Reasons why the mirror does not adhere:
Plates have not been pressed onto the mirror with their whole surface with the result that they are
only partially bonded and consequently cannot hold the weight of the mirror.
Reverse side of mirror was not sufficiently cleaned and the plates could not be bonded properly.
Wall is uneven and mirror is under constant tension. This can result in a debonding of the adhesive
tape from the mirror over time.
Storage/shelf life
In closed original packaging (dark storage location, room temperature 20° C, relative humidity 50%), please
follow the instructions on the label.
Warranty
The manufacturer is liable as per the Product Liability Act. Warranty is excluded when the product
has not been used correctly.

Le dos du miroir doit être propre, sec et sans trace de graisse.
Appuyer sur toute la surface de chaque plaque de suspension pendant 5 sec. avec une pression
d’environ 200 N (20 kg)
Avant de suspendre le miroir, attendre 30 minutes après le collage des plaques de suspension. Après
une pause de 30 minutes, appuyez encore une fois fortement sur les plaques de suspension.
Il faut monter le miroir de façon à ce qu’il ne soit soumis à aucune tension
Préparation du montage
Déterminez l’emplacement souhaité du miroir sur le mur en marquant p. ex. les coins du miroir en apposant
celui-ci contre le mur.
Préparation du miroir
Posez le miroir, verso vers le haut, sur une surface plane et propre (par ex. du feutre de vitrier). Nettoyez
le verso du miroir à l‘aide du produit de nettoyage spécial Bohle (BO 5107910). La surface doit être propre,
sèche et exempte de graisse.
Collage des tôles et des écarteurs
Le collage des tôles doit être effectué à une température ambiante d’au moins 18°C (le miroir et les tôles
ne doivent pas être plus froids que la température ambiante). Marquez l’emplacement des plaques de
suspension sur l’envers du miroir à l’aide d’un crayon à mine tendre. Marquez l’emplacement des deux

et à 10 cm du bord latéral, les 2 tôles inférieures

servent à empêcher une déformation du miroir après le montage. Retirer
le film protecteur et répartir les écarteurs sur le dos du miroir. Retirez maintenant le film protecteur des
plaques de suspension coudées et posez tout d’abord les plaques dans un angle d’environ 30°, en plaçant
le bord replié au niveau de la ligne supérieure, collez-les ensuite le long de la ligne latérale. Posez les
plaques inférieures dans un angle d’environ 30° sur la ligne inférieure, collez-les ensuite le long de la ligne
latérale. Après le collage, il n’est plus possible de rectifier la position des plaques de fixation.
IMPORTANT :
Appuyer fortement (pression d’env. 200 N/ 20 kg) sur toute la surface de chaque plaque pendant
5 sec. et attendre ensuite 30 minutes ! Réappuyez encore une fois fortement sur les plaques.
Montage du disque excentrique et de la fixation à pression sur le mur
Le point de départ est la position choisie pour le miroir sur le mur. Marquez les trous de perçage pour les
disques excentriques

respectivement à 12 cm du bord supérieur et à 15 cm du bord latéral. Les trous pour
les aimants
5
devront être marqués respectivement à 8,5 cm du bord inférieur et à 15 cm du bord latéral.
Percez maintenant les trous de 6 mm. Placez les chevilles dans les trous de perçage et vissez les aimants
dans les trous inférieurs, plateau de base vers le mur. Les disques excentriques sont vissés dans les trous
supérieurs avec l’encoche située du côté du mur (
Attention :
la position de l’encoche doit être horizontale)
Grâce au perçage excentrique, les disques excentriques peuvent être déplacés en hauteur de +/- 3 mm
et être ainsi positionnés horizontalement (
Attention :
il faut absolument supprimer les inégalités du mur
pour que le miroir ne soit soumis à aucune tension après le montage).
Positionnement du miroir
Après une pause de 30 minutes, appuyez encore une fois fortement sur les plaques de suspension
et ensuite, accrochez le miroir dans les disques excentriques et en tirant légèrement, appuyez-le
contre les aimants. La hauteur peut être corrigée en tournant les disques excentriques.
Décrochage et raccrochage du miroir
Saisissez le dos du miroir des 2 mains à la hauteur des aimants. En tirant vers vous avec une
légère secousse, les aimants se défont des plaques de fixation et le miroir peut alors être dégagé
des fixations supérieures. Pour suspendre à nouveau le miroir, repositionnez celui-ci dans les disques
excentriques de sorte que les deux plaques des fixations soient en face des aimants. En tirant légèrement
sur le miroir, appuyez-le contre les aimants.
Conseil n°1
Pour obtenir une plus grande distance entre le miroir et le mur (p. ex. pour un
transformateur d’éclairage de miroir 12 V), on peut aussi placer des écarteurs entre
le disque excentrique/la fixation à pression et le mur (des vis plus longues sont
éventuellement nécessaires).
Conseil n°2
Après avoir collé les plaques de suspension, on peut coller le film de protection contre
les éclats de verre sur le dos du miroir. Découpez simplement pour cela la surface des
plaques de suspension du film de protection contre les éclats.
Conseil n°3
Si on utilise un chauffage de miroir, on doit respecter une distance de 10 cm entre les
plaques de suspension et le chauffage.
Problèmes et causes
Quelles sont les causes quand un miroir ne tient pas ?
Les plaques de suspension n’ont pas été suffisamment pressées sur toute leur surface après leur
collage, ce qui fait que l’adhérence est limitée à quelques points et qu’elle ne peut pas porter le
poids du miroir.
Le dos du miroir n’a pas été nettoyé correctement et la surface collante des plaques de suspension
n’a pas pu créer une adhérence suffisante avec le dos du miroir.
D’éventuelles irrégularités du mur n’ont pas été supprimées et le miroir est soumis à une tension
constante après la pose. Cela peut conduire avec le temps à un décollement total de la bande collante
du dos du miroir et/ou de la plaque de suspension utilisée.
Stockage/durée de conservation
Dans l’emballage d’origine fermé (lieu sombre, température ambiante 20°C, humidité relative 50%),
respecter les indications figurant sur l’étiquette.
