Slide two Plastic Bushings (#55) onto the left and right side of the
bar that is protruding from the Center Post (#02

) . Please ensure
that the Plastic Bushings (#55) are resting flushed against the
Center Post (#02

) . Slide one Special Washer (#38) on each side
then followed by Left Coupler Bar (#05

) and Right Coupler Bar

) . Secure each side with a D Shape Washer (#45) , Round
Cap (#57) , Washer (#42) and a
Bolt
(#27) .
