Engine does not start.

Possible cause

Remedy

Side stand extended and gear engaged

Retract side stand.

Gear engaged and clutch not disengaged

Place transmission in neutral or disengage clutch.

No fuel in tank

Refueling (

Charge connected battery (

Overheating protection for starter motor has ac-
tivated. Starter motor can only be actuated for a
