Displays

To clean displays, e.g. of the radio or instrument
cluster, use a display cleaning cloth or a soft,
non-scratching, lint-free cloth.

Avoid excessive pressure when cleaning
the displays, as otherwise damage can

occur.

Do not use chemical or scouring house-
hold cleaning agents. Keep fluids of all

types away from the device. There is otherwise
a risk that surfaces or electrical components
may become corroded or damaged.

CD/DVD drives

Do not use CD lens cleaners, as other-
wise parts of the drive can be damaged.

Placing the vehicle in storage

If you wish to place your vehicle in storage for
longer than three months, please obtain advice
from your BMW Service or a workshop that
works in line with BMW specifications.
