Pull or push the lower part of the armrest.
2.9.2 ANATOMICALLY SHAPED, FOLDING, SWIVEL AND HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE ARMRESTS
Armrest height adjustment - the armrests have 9 adjustment positions:
Lift the armrests to the desired position.
To lower the armrest, lift it to its high position, then lower it.
Swiveling the armrest:
Press the paddle under the armrests. This paddle allows you to position the armrest as desired.
The armrest can be rotated by up to 180°.
