Here you will find important information about the safety and use of our Hoverboard.
This means that driving will always be great fun, without neglecting safety. To ensure
that you are always on the right track and safe with our Hoverboard, we ask you to read
the safety notes first.
THE EXACT USE OF THE DEVICE
• The Hoverboard... must NOT be used on public roads.
• It is only allowed for use on private property
• Hoverboard .... may only be driven on level and dry ground.
• The Hoverboard must not be used to transport any objects or animals.
• The Hoverboard is intended for private use only.
• The device is not designed for commercial purposes, such as rental.
• Our Hoverboard must not be driven by boys and girls under the age of 7 years (it
could be considered a toy).
• (In principle) children and young people - if they are under 14 years of age - must
always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
• Only people weighing more than 20 kg and less than 120 kg are allowed on our
Hoverboard.
• Modifications to the Hoverboard are not permitted. In case of any modifications,
our guarantee will become void.
• Please use our device only as described in this manual.
• If our Hoverboard is used improperly, this can result in serious injury and damage.
• The use of our device is always at your own risk and responsibility. Innovamaxx
GmbH is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from incorrect use and non-
compliance with the safety instructions for our device.
• Therefore you should always be cautious and careful: Drive with foresight. You
must at all times take into account that external factors - construction works,
obstacles and sudden changes in the environment - may affect and endanger your
safety.
