•  Steel, enameled iron, stainless steel, flat-bottom pans/pots with bottom 

diameter from 12cm to 26cm.

•  So suggest to use the required pot, do not try to use other pot instead (especially 

pressure sensors vessels).

•  Weight requirements: the pot (including the food and water inside) is less 

than 15kg.

•  Pan/pot must be suitable for induction cooker.
•  Pan/pot should be tried out if it’s bought by yourself to see if there are unusual 

phenomena.

•  Pan/pot bought by yourself should be flat and come with the cover with gas vent.

For safety, you must pour water full of pot and boil to reject impurities before first use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1.  Remove the power plug prior to cleaning the unit. Do not clean it until the 

cooking surface has completely cool down.

2.  To clean the ceramic surface, control panel an the outer layer of the unit 
        * Use soft cloth to wipe away slight stain.         
        * Use a damp cloth with light detergent for grease, dirt or ink blot. 
3.  Dust will accumulate on the ventilation holes or on the fan’s blade after 

multiple uses. Gently clean with a brush or cotton stick regularly. 

4.  Do not soak the unit under water or wash with other liquid.
5.  To prolong the lifespan of the unit, make sure to firmly plug the unit into the 

electrical outlet. 

6.   Do not power off the unit by pulling the power cord from the electrical outlet 

as this will significantly reduce the lifetime of the unit. To turn off the unit, 

press “MỞ/TẮT” first before plugging the cord out of the outlet.

7.  The cooling fan will still function after powering off to continue releasing 

excessive heat. To prolong the product’s lifespan, wait until the cooling fan 

completely come into rest, then plug the unit out.

8.  Make sure to disconnect the power cord and store away when finished using.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Kindly refer to the below table to troubleshoot issues that may occur while 

operating the unit. If malfunctions are found, please discontinue using the product 

and seek for repair from your nearest warranty service center.
