7.2 Battery Installation
This telephone requires 4 batteries LR6 (AA) 1.5V as a back-up power source.
Open the battery cover with a screw driver and place the batteries into the battery
compartment. Make sure the batteries are placed properly and with the correct polarity,
printed on the bottom of the batteries compartment. Close the battery cover.
REMARKS:
If the telephone line is disconnected, batteries are needed to maintain the clock, phone setup,
outgoing call records and caller ID records.
When the
Battery Low Indicator
appears on the LCD display then you have to insert or
replace the batteries.
Warning:
To avoid electric shock, disconnect the telephone line cord from the phone before
installing the batteries.
