Note
: If a command string is sent to the equipment via serial connection, the software
will not indicate the change in state.
8.1 Communication
When connecting the equipment via a serial connection, serial connection software
such as Hyper terminal or Termite are recommended. The serial port should be
configured as follows:
Port <select COM>
Baud rate 115200
Data bits 8
Stop Bit 1
Parity None
Flow control RTS/CTS
Forward
None
Transmitted CR and LF

8.2 Channel Level Command String
The serial command string is split into three parts. These are the command identifier,
the channel and the channel level. The command string is constructed as follows:

<Command>, <Channel Select (1-7)>, <Channel Level (0-100)>
8.3 Channel Level Set: Example
Should we wish to set Channel 2 to 60%. The command string would be constructed
