9.4.11 Microsoft Office

On the Apps screen, tap

Settings

Office

Use this setting to manage and check the version of Microsoft Office installed on your device.

User name

: Tap field to enter your user name to identify yourself in documents.

reset Office

: Tap to reset the Microsoft Office apps.

9.4.12 Cortana

On the Apps screen, tap

Settings

Cortana

Use this setting to configure Cortana, the personal assistant for Windows. Activate Cortana if you want to
receive assistance from Cortana.

manage cloud data

: Tap to delete data that Cortana saves in your Cloud.

delete phone data

: Tap to delete data that Cortana saves in your device.

9.4.13 Manual flash

On the Apps screen, tap

Settings

manual flash

Use this setting to update to the latest OS version and download new images.

Insert an SD card into your computer. If you have no SD card slot, use an SD card reader.

Change the name of the image files to “flash.ffu”.

Copy the image files with the .ffu file type to the root directory of the SD card.

Remove the SD card from your computer and insert it into your device. Then, turn the device on.

All information on the device is cleared. If you don't want to clear the data on the device, tap

cancel

Plug in your device and tap

The device will restart automatically in flash mode and the SD card will transfer the images to your device.
After this process is completed, you can set the device and test the images.

Download the image files on the device whose battery is charged enough not to make the device
turn off suddenly during this process.

Do not disconnect your device from the power supply during the update.
