LIMITED WARRANTY
Blazer Products Inc. warrants each Torch and parts
thereof manufactured for it or included with it to
be free from defects in material and workmanship,
under normal use and service for a period of no
more than 1 year from date of purchase.
If for some reason a problem should develop
return the unit along with proof of purchase
postage prepaid to Blazer Products Inc. Include a
note detailing the problem. If our inspection shows
that the part/piece is defective we will make all
necessary repairs free of charge, or replace it, at
Blazer's sole discretion. This warranty does not
apply tO the outer finish of your Torch. If we
determine the problem is not covered by our
warranty we
will
explain
why
and advise the cost to
repair. Blazer Products Inc. will not be held liable for
any consequential damages resulting from the
misuse of the Torch.
Blazer offers this warranty in lieu of all other
expressed or implied warranties including
warranties of merchantability of fitness to be in
effect only for the duration of the expressed
