Venting hydraulic pump E03996_1

1.

Push the treddle (#1) down into drive-mode

2.

Fill the reservoir (#2) to oil level cold mark with E00481 Hydraulic oil.

3.

Keep the “dump valve shaft” (#3) pushed in.

The easiest way is to use a piece of wood approximately 1 meter long.

4.

Drive the machine forwards and backwards (#4) while keeping “dump valve shaft” (#3) pushed in.

Note:

It could take up to 15 minutes before all air-bubbles are out of the system.

5.

Fill reservoir (#2) to proper fluid level.

(Level indicator is shown on the reservoir)
