4. To save your contact information, click the trackwheel to view the menu and
click
Save Address .
Your new contact will appear in alphabetical order on the Find screen.
Address book fields
The New Address screen contains the following fields:
First: Type your contact’s first name. This field accepts letters, numbers, and
symbols.
Last: Type your contact’s last name. This field accepts letters, numbers, and
symbols.
Note You can save up to three email addresses for the same Address Book entry.
To add another email address, click the trackwheel to view the menu and
click Add Email Address. An additional Email field appears on the New
Address screen. When you compose an email message to a contact with
multiple email addresses, you are prompted to select which address to use.
You can clear a field by clicking the trackwheel to view the menu and clicking
Clear Field.
Note If you have entered a company name in the Company field, it will appear
beside the contact’s name on the Find screen.
Tip Type your contact’s full name in the First or Last field and press
ENTER
. The
first name will appear in the First field and the last name will appear in the
Last field.
