Problem:

Compaq MX11800 model integrated keyboard and mouse only:

The mouse consistently fails to boot when the Switch is
connected to PCs running Windows NT 4.0 through
their PS/2 style mouse ports.

Possible Solutions:

There are three possible solutions to this problem:

1. Use a different type of mouse.
2. Connect the Switch to your NT 4.0 PCs through

adapters and their serial ports rather than through
their PS/2 ports.

3. Select channel 0, or another channel that is not

connected to an NT 4.0 PC, while NT is booting. You
should be able to use the system normally once the
logon screen appears.
