Entering belt speed for labeling

The belt speed determines the system throughput. Choose belt speed to prevent package
jam in front of the device. The following cases might require a reduction in belt speed:
–

long packages

–

heavy packages

–

small support surface

–

large labels

Mode level: 1

Enter and confirm belt speed for labeling.

Registration of belt speed for conveying

You may change the speed of the conveyor belt within the values valid for the device. Se-
lect the belt speed matching to the speed of the on-site conveying direction.
Mode level: 1

Register belt speed.
To save the value in the currently called up automatic labeler data table, activate field
"->Database [Etc]".
If the field is not activated, the value is only used for the current labeling job.
Press <OK>.

20.8.6

Registration of separation factor

The device sorts packages via varying separation belt speeds and also via an upstream-
integrated infeed belt (optional). The separation factor is the relation of these belts.
Mode level: 1

Activating or deactivating pressure roller

Use this function to activate or deactivate the pressure roller in devices equipped with
pressure rollers. The following settings are possible:
"W/o":

Without pressure roller. Default setting.

"With":

With pressure roller.

Mode level: 5
