This section enumerates all of the registers that control DMA on boards using the
PLDA DMA engine. This includes the Alta, the Karbon and the Neon families. This
chapter also covers the scatter gather DMA instructions (Quads or QTabs). The for-
matting of the register sections is explained in Section 8.2.
