Emergency Shutdown

Turn

off

RF

power

at

the

source.

If

the

load

is

equipped

with

an

interlock

thermoswitch,

RF

power

will

be

automatically

turned

off

when

the

coolant

temperature

reaches

an

unsafe

level.

Use

of

an

interlock

thermoswitch

is

especially

recommended

when

using

the

blower

assembly.
