If necessary, press the button above the power switch to eject the microplate carrier.

Place the tip priming trough in the left-rear pocket of the carrier.

Place the priming plate on the carrier.

Fill the two reagent bottles with distilled or deionized water. Place the bottles in

their holders, and place the holders directly in front of the syringes. Insert the inlet
