!ATTENTION!
It is not recommended to set up pellet receiver МАХ temperature of more than
75°С, as this temperature is obviously indicative of fuel reverse ignition process.
Exceeded value of this figure may result in burn-up of bunker with fuel.
!ATTENTION!
It is not recommended to set up gases МАХ temperature of more than 300°С, as
this temperature is obviously indicative of improper system operation
(contamination of heat taking-off surface, etc). Exceeded value of this figure may
result in failure of flue gas temperature sensor (max temp. 400°С), as well as result
in physical damage of chimney pipe.
!ATTENTION!
It is not recommended to set up boiler МАХ temperature of more than 97°С to
prevent boiler boiling up.
!ATTENTION!
The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused due to improper setup of
the solid fuel boiler control unit parameters.
4.2 Flame Start-Up Menu
Operation parameters of elements participating in burner firing process (only for
burner with automatic firing) are set up in this menu.
To enter the flame start-up menu it is required to select item «Service Menu»,
, in the main menu, and press the encoder button, enter code
2222
in the popped
up window (Picture 15)

By turning encoder select item «Flame Start-Up Menu», ,
press the encoder button – Controller will display the Flame Start-Up Menu.
The menu includes the following items:
Fan Adjustment – setup of fan power at the moment of
burner flame start-up. This parameter is changed depending on
fuel used and burner capacity.
