Treatment measures
There is no needle in
the needle box, but the
back face has a
needle.
Click "Retry".
All the sampling
needles are used out.
Please replace the new
needle box and click
"Retry".
The sampling arm
moves out of step in X
or Y direction.
Click "Initialize the
sample arm".
The sampling arm
moved out of step in
the Z direction.
Click "Initialize Retry."
Insufficient amount of
specimen, reagent or
quality control
solution.
After adding appropriate
amount of sample,
reagent or quality control
solution, click "Retry" or
"Retry after changing the
pipette tip".
The liquid suction has
not been moved to the
lowest position.
Click "Go to the lowest
position to suck".
The sampling arm
moves out of step.
Initialize the sampling
arm.
8.3 Maintenance Before Out of Service
1. Disconnect the power cord of the instrument.
2. Close the safety door to prevent the equipment from getting dust.
3. Clean up the reagents, samples, TIP storage bag and waste bottles in time.
4. Instrument internal reagent remains clean and wipe the instrument to keep it dry.
