2. Draw up a plan for the consumables required by the test and the steps required by
the test.
3. Please deal with the reagent according to the reagent instructions, such as thawing,
mixing.
4. Place disposable virus preserve tubes and reagents and other laboratory supplies.
5. Input the correct number of experiments.
6. Confirm that there are no abnormal obstacles within the operating range of the
instrument.
7. Click to start the program.
For example, to carry out the product distribution step, place the
PCR tubes carrier
required for the test at the specified position.

Caution
Before starting ing the experiment, please ensure that all preparations for the
experiment have been completed.
6.5 Standard Experimental Procedure
Click [Program Operation] to enter the test operation interface, click the program (for
example, click the program name [457]) to confirm the selection of sample quantity
and specification to be divided into cups, and click "Run" to start the test, as shown in
Figure 6-4.)
