Communication in MPP mode

2.8.1

Operation

The terminals equipped with the MPP option can operate in four different operating modes, which
are explained in detail in the following paragraphs.
The weighing storage operating mode is selected at the time of installation.

2.8.2

Weighing request from key with data transmission at end of operation

Once the MPP memory has been activated (see options chapter in user manual), load the weight

onto the weighing platform, wait for it to indicate that the weight is stable, then press

. The

terminal stores the data and proceeds to send it.

XOR (or exclusive) operation of all previous
characters. The calculated value is expressed
with two hexadecimal characters, for ex if the
result is 62H the two checksum characters are
"6" (36H) and "2" (32H).
