for every SLAVE PLU of weight bounding the correct selection way is set in
the
SELECTOR
parameter of the plu; in this case the item DEVIATOR matches
with DEVIATOR 1, while selecting NO DEVIATOR, the accepted products for that
particular PLU go along the idle way.
All rejected products both by the PLU "MASTER" and by the PLU of WEIGHT
BOUNDING, take the idle way of the
selector
(they go along the line with no
deviations),
no
matter
the
setting.
When the piece reaches the EJECTOR POSITION, the TRIGGER output is active
for 16 milliseconds. On the basis of the settings of the "
SELECTOR
" parameter in
the "MOVEMENTS" menu, set for the PLU where the piece is totalized (PLU
"MASTER" or destination PLU in case of WB), the following signals are active:
none : nothing more is done
way 1 module : output BIT1 is active for 32 milliseconds
way 2 module : output BIT2 is active for 32 milliseconds
way 3 module : output BIT1 together with output BIT2 for 32 milliseconds
NOTE:
If in the PLU, in item "
SELECTOR
" any value different than "NO
DEVIATOR" is set, then the DEVIATOR is never active

Export the individual weighing operations in CSV format
2.22.1 Description
This operation is to export in text format all the weighing operations of product,
carton box and pallet carried out during process. The structure of the
weighing
operations
can be configured.
It is also possible to decide whether to store the
weighing operation
file on USB
(which actually is necessarily an usb, but basically an FTP space, on PC as well),
or directly on DOM.
2.22.2 Technical Specifications
To enable this modification, a new menu has been added to the instrument configuration page.
Its name is "RECORD WEGHTS/CTRL". Here it is possible to enable the storage of every
single type of weighing operation and to decide whether to generate files on USB or DOM.
REC.PROD.WGHTS: enables the storage of every single product weighing
operation on file;
REC.PROD.RANGE REJ.: enables the storage of every single weighing operation
of rejected product caused by a weight out of range on file (starting from rel.
5.5.15);
REC.OTHER PROD. REJ.: enables the storage of every single weighing operation
of rejected product NOT caused by a weight out of range on file (starting from rel.
5.5.15); REC.PROD.REV.: enables the storage of every single weighing operation
of (manual or network) cancelled product on file (starting from rel. 5.5.15);
