Key:
1. Weight display terminal.
2. Weighing platform or weighbridge.
3. Scale cable with 9/15-pin connector.
4. Scale input (see point 15-16 Fig. 3.1 on page 19).
5. Equipotentiality cable with eyelet cable terminal.
6. Grounding screw (see point 14 Fig. 3.1 on page 19).
7. Grounging screw on the platform.
8. Grounding posts (only for weighbridges).
3.4.2 Equipotentiality between terminal and weighing platform
Make sure that there is equipotentiality between the metal parts of the terminal and the weighing
platform.
If there are doubts, connect the terminal and platform with an grounding cable of at least 6mm²,
using the ground screw at the rear of the terminal (see point 14 Fig. 3.1 on page 19).
The cables and accessories for this connection are not included in the supply but are at the
customer's charge.
