5.18 Packing list (optional)

5.18.1 Introduction

The Mercury Plus weighing-pricing machine can print a pallet packing
list report if enabled and correctly setup. The report printout is made by a
laser printed.
The packing list document (which is issued by the person who transmits
it) give details about the list of packs (boxes) and the quantities on each
pallet.
A generic packing list file can be accessed by selecting it via the
following pathway:

Home\Arch.\Config.\Various Config.\Packing Tot2 File

A different packing list file can also be recalled, in each PLU.
The files that are available and that can be selected and associated with
the closing events (also forced) of the pallet (Tot_2) are also visible upon
selection.
These files with the *.PAK extension (e.g.

PALLET.PAK

) are text files

formed with an editor like Windows block notes in compliance with a
simple syntax.
Information concerning the boxes and the TOT_2 (pallet) are the

only

data that can be added to each

packing list

file.
