Example 1 – Typical Connection
This example shows the ELBS-20 used as a “stand-alone” device.
•
The ELBS-20 is not connected to any other equipment (DCS, Logic Solver, PLC, etc.).
•
External Power Supply is not available and the ELBS-20 uses the Battery Pack as
power supply.
•
The ELBS-20 monitors the pressure of the line (external pressure transducer).
•
The ELBS-20 manages a low power consumption SOV to initiate the Safety Action.
