Cause Required action

Oil flow insufficient
Adjust the speed of engine
2 Couplings of hydraulic pipe lines are loose
Tighten.
3 Shut-off Valve is partially close. Open it fully
4 Pressure in head cap is low Charge the gas and adjust the pressure.

Check the surface of the Tool and Round
Bushing. If the tool is seizing, repair with
grinder

Check and refill the hydraulic oil

Replace return line more than 25mm of

Lots of tremor of the hose can make damage at
the entrance of hammer!
Replace the diaphragm

with new pressure relief cartridge.

1 Loose screw connection. Defective O-Ring
Tighten screw connection.
Replace with new one
2 Loose extension bolt of accumulator
Replace O-ring and Back-up ring.
Tighten extension bolt
3 Dust seal is worn
Replace seal and grease the tool every
2 or 3 hours during operation
