4.3 Remove the plastic cover in the pipe ports and the protective cover on the end of piping con

nectors.
4.4 Check that the pipe port and the pipe connectors are clean.
4.5 Align the pipe port and pipe connectors and fasten with the flange nut. Tighten the nut as tight
-
ly as possible by hand first.
4.6 Next, use a torque wrench to tighten the nut. (Refer to the torque parameters table in the
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
section.
4.7 Do not wrap the joint with insulation until after the leak test is completed.
4.1 Based on the wall hole position, select the appropriate piping routing option. There are three
ways to route the piping for the indoor unit as shown in the figure below: In Option 1 or 3, cut
the plastic knock-out along the groove on the side of the indoor unit with a cutter for the pipes
to pass through.
4.2 Unroll the connecting pipes gently with the port facing up as shown in the figure below.

Note:
After cutting off the plastic knockout, trim the sides of the outlet to make them smooth and not sharp.
