SAFETY INFORMATIONS

Before carrying out the pulling operation, check the ram for a centered position so that its legs
and the separator cannot slip off.

Do not grip between the puller arms or in the pullers.
•
This manual serves as a brief guide and does not replace a workshop manual. Always refer to
the vehicle-specific service literature, particularly the technical data such as torque values and
instructions for disassembly/assembly, etc.

Always grease the screw threads before using the tool.
•
Keep children and other unauthorized persons away from the work area.
•
Do not let children play with the tool or its packaging and keep this tool out of the reach of
children..
PRODUCT FEATURES
This hydraulic puller set is the result of a long time research and development on the part of the
manufacturer. It provides traction of up to 12 tons. This product allows pulling off any type of ball
bearing, belt pulley, cog wheel and similar components.
But the biggest advantage of this product is the possibility to combine the hydraulic ram with all types
of puller heads. This safes time, space and weight when operating the tool. All these features make
up a revolutionary tool, which has experienced many industrial applications already.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before you start, you should read up on the tool’s features. After that, assemble the puller.
2. Adjust the hydraulic ram respectively its plunger on the center of the component you want to pull
off. First, tighten the ram and its legs carefully around the knurling by hand to achieve an initial
tension. Now, the puller possesses enough initial tension. By turning the T-handle carefully
clockwise, you will be able to pull off the desired component.
3. In case of operating a machine with a longer shaft than usual, just apply the appropriate extension
rod and carry out the operation as described before without the need of any extra effort.
MAINTENANCE
•
After every use you should clean the tool and all its components from dirt, dust or spilled liquids
etc.
•
Store the tool in its plastic case after it has been cleaned properly.
