SAFETY INFORMATION
•
Never open more than one drawer at the same time, otherwise the workshop trolley may tip
over.
•
Close and lock all drawers before moving the workshop trolley.
•
Do not stand or sit on the workshop trolley or its drawers as there is a risk of tipping, falling or
injury.
•
Do not place the workshop trolley on a vehicle loading platform or other movable objects.
•
Actuate the castor brakes when the workshop trolley is stationary.
•
Pull the workshop trolley exclusively by the side handle provided for this purpose.
•
Never load the workshop trolley and its drawers with a higher load than specified in the
"Specifications" (Rated load capacity) section.
MOUNTING THE CASTORS
The workshop trolley is supplied with heavy-duty castors, including two swivel castors with brake and
two immobile fixed castors.
Mount the pair of swivel castors on the narrow underside of the workshop trolley and the pair of fixed
castors on the opposite underside of the workshop trolley using the 4 screws and washers supplied.
MOUNTING THE SIDE HANDLE
Mount the side handle on the side equipped with the swivel castors. Use the screws supplied.
MAINTENANCE / SERVICING
•
Grease the upper and lower channels of the drawer runners at least twice a year.
•
Clean the workshop trolley with a soft cloth and for example washing-up liquid when required;
aggressive cleaning agents can damage the surfaces.
