Hook-up and unhook accessory

Note

: The front loader must be removed from the vehicle

Hooking-up the subframe

(Method #1 : subframe alone):

A.

Install the rear hitch (item 1) in the vehicle hitch
(item 2) and hold in place with the pin (item 3) and
the hair pin (item 4) supplied with the vehicle.

B.

Drive the vehicle over the subframe. Align the front
subframe (item 3) under the hitch brackets (item 4).

IMPORTANT

: The clearance distance from the

ground may vary depending on the accessories
installed on the vehicle. If there is not enough
distance between the vehicle and the ground, slide
the subframe by hand under the vehicle.

C.

Stop the vehicle,

see the vehicle shut-down

procedure for stopping the vehicle in the operation
section

.

D.

Connect the hydraulic hoses (item 1) to the vehicle.
Make sure the excess hoses are on the subframe to
allow the subframe to move. See subsection
"installation of hydraulic hoses" in the section "hook
and un-hook accessory".

E.

Start the vehicle engine and raise the lift arms (item
2).

F.

Stop the vehicle,

see the vehicle shut-down

procedure for stopping the vehicle in the operation
section

.

G.

Place a wooden block (item 1) under the lift arms
(item 2). Start the vehicle and lower the arms to align
the holes (item 3) of the subframe and those of the
hitch brackets.

H.

Stop the vehicle,

see the vehicle shut-down

procedure for stopping the vehicle in the operation
section
