WARNING

 

To avoid serious injury or death :

Follow all instructions and safety precautions in your 
vehicle  manual  and  any  other  related  accessory 
manual. 

 

Use  jack  and  support  blocks  to  support  equipment 
when  required.  Carefully  release  pressure  from 
equipment with stored energy. 

 

Replace parts on this accessory with genuine parts 
only. 

 

Never work or walk under the accessory unless  
securely blocked. Otherwise accessory can fall. 

 

Never allow untrained personnel to service machine. 

 

Maintenance schedule

Cutting edge maintenance 

Check the scraper bar wear from time to time to make sure 

you do not use the bottom of the snowblower frame.  The 
scraper bar is reversible.

Gear box Maintenance 

Change the oil after the first 100 hours of use. Then change 
after every 600 hours or each year. 

The type of oil used: 

SAE90.EP

 

The gearbox should contain 1.2 liters of oil.

 

Greaseable bearings 

Grease every 10 hours of use with multipurpose grease (qty: 
as needed). 

Shear bolt sprocket hub 

Lubricate every 10 hours with multipurpose grease (qty: 
2 pumps). 

 

Chain 

Lubricate when required with commercial chain lubricant 
(qty: as needed).
