Using the Fan, Vent, and Thermostat

The fan is installed on the right side of the enclosure, near the bottom, with a

vent located toward the top right side. The thermostat is installed inside the

enclosure at the top right side (see

Figure 4 on page 17

). The fan helps to cool

the enclosure if the temperature reaches a set point.

Thermostat

The recommended setting for the thermostat is 40

o

C.

The setting may be

reduced by 5 to 10 degrees if necessary, but running the fan more often may

have an adverse effect on the life of the fan.
