7.1 Control Box Troubleshooting

Important

Do not attempt to service or modify the Control Box without first contacting a

Bend-Tech service representative.

7.1.1 Motor is not Responding

Motor Driver has Failed

Replace the Motor Driver. See section 7.2.

7.1.2 Machine is not Powering On

Control Box Power Switch has Failed

Replace the Control Box Power Switch. See section 7.3.

7.1.3 Smooth-stepper is not Connecting to the Computer

Critical Failure in the Circuit Board or Circuit Board Component

Replace the Smooth-stepper Board. See section 7.4.

7.1.4 Axis is not Responding or is Responding Incorrectly

Breakout Board has come unseated from the Motor Drivers

Re-seat the Breakout Board. See section 7.6.
