5. CARE AND MAINTANANCE

Membrane switch panel

Handpiece hose

Carefully wipe away the filth from the handpiece hose
using soft cloth moistened with alcohol or the like.

NOTICE:

Observe instructions given in handpiece

instruction manuals for the care of handpieces.

Type 77, 3-way syringe
The nozzle permits autoclave sterilization (132 deg C, 0.19
MPa). Loosen the nut by turning it in direction A. The
nozzle can be removed from the syringe.
Remove dirt with tap water before sterilization.
Apply equal thin coat of vaseline to two O-rings after
sterilization. To return the nozzle to the original position,

firmly tighten the nut by turning it in direction B.

Keep the syringe in a clean place.

Assure that the nut is positively tightening before use.

CAUTION

In case the surface of the membrane switch panel is
wiped with disinfectant agent or the like, fully wipe
away the chemical. Membrane switch malfunction
may arise if the chemical penetrates to the back face
of the membrane.
