It is the responsibility of the user (medical institution) to ensure that the
medical device is correctly maintained and inspected. To ensure safe
use of this product, the product must be inspected at the specified
intervals as described in the table below:

When the chair is in automatic
operation, it must stop when any
of the stick switches is pressed.

If the chair does not stop, please
contact your local authorized
Belmont dealer.
