Miscellaneous
Indicator lamp
On the front of the baby-cry transmitter there is an indicator lamp, which flashes green when the unit is set to one of the
sensitivity positions. This indicates that the unit is active. The indicator lamp shines green when the baby-cry transmitter
sends signals to the Bellman receivers. When the indicator lamp
flashes yellow, the batteries need to be changed.
Battery
The baby-cry transmitter is powered with two 1,5 V (LR14) alkaline batteries which is placed under the battery lid on the
back of the unit. The batteries will last for approx. one year. When the indicator lamp flashes yellow, the batteries need to be
changed.
Range
The range between the transmitter and receivers is approx. 30 m but is influenced by the thickness of the walls and the wall
materials in the house/apartment. Thick concrete and metal walls limit the range.
Radio channel
On delivery, all units are set to the same radio channel. If you change the channel in the baby-cry transmitter you must also
change the channel in all other Visit units.
Adjustments
There are switches to change the radio channel inside the battery compartment. The radio channel is changed by changing the
position of one or several of the radio switches. There are also delay switches inside the battery compartment. More
information about the delay switches is placed on the back of the battery lid.
