System Configuration
This chapter shows how to configure the multiviewer.
System Requirements for a Client PC
A client PC or laptop meeting the following requirements is required to access the XAdmin
Web client, and the other Kaleido Software client applications.
Frame Configuration Prerequisites
The multiviewer communicates with the frame, and it relies on certain information from the
frame in order to correctly function. Before configuring the multiviewer, the following
frame configuration parameters must be set.
• The Densité 3+ frame’s network configuration.
• The Densité 3+ frame’s date and time settings or the Network Time Protocol (NTP)
settings.
• Frame reference configuration if the multiviewer’s output is to be referenced.

Multiviewer Model Representation in XEdit and XAdmin
The name used to represent a multiviewer model is shown in the table below.
Operating system Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, or Windows 7.
Processor The minimum required by the operating system or better.
Memory The minimum required by the operating system plus 2 GB or more.
Disk space The minimum required by the operating system plus 2 GB or more.
