XAdmin

In addition to its other administrative functions, XAdmin is used to enable the expansion
mode, and define the IP address scheme. Before two Kaleido-X systems are joined, each
frame and its output cards have their own IP addresses. In expansion mode, a single IP
address is assigned for the whole expansion system, and individual IP addresses for the
output cards of both frames are assigned from the same page, in XAdmin.

Expansion system configuration example

Two frames in an expanded system are presented in the XEdit hierarchical System list as
shown below.
