RETURN OF EQUIPMENT
No equipment may be returned without purchaser first obtaining written Return Material Authorization (RMA)
from GarrettCom. An RMA can be obtained by contacting Sales at 510-438-9071.
Equipment accepted for credit, not involving a GarrettCom error, shall be subject to all the terms of the original
purchase contract and to a service charge. Returned equipment must be of current manufacture, unused, and in
reasonable condition, securely packed to reach GarrettCom without damage, shipped F.O.B. GarrettCom facility
with transportation charges paid, and labeled with Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Any cost
incurred by GarrettCom to put equipment in first class condition will be charged to purchaser.

equipment is a label that contains, among other information, a product identifier in the format US:AAAEQ##TXXXX.
If requested, this number must be provided to the telephone company.
