TROUBLESHOOTING
The most common encountered issues are listed below. If the problem cannot be resolved
using these instructions, contact
No audio
Possible cause
Solution
Amp not ready - it takes around 1 minute
for the amp to be ready following a power
cycle
Wait until the power button LED is solid
blue.
Speaker not connected
Connect the speaker to correct input -
reduce volume before doing so!
Incorrect input source selected on DSP
Connect to the DSP and check that the
Input is ANALOG if you want to use the
XLR inputs
Incorrect mapping of input to output
Ensure the output to which the speaker is
connected has one or two input signals
mapped to it
Channel muted
The mute button in the DSP app should be
purple (not red).
The front panel button button is pressed
(the LEDs are blue for unmuted and red for
muted).
Incorrect setting of crossover / EQ / limiter
Carefully check each setting
DSP master volume is low
Increase master volume of DSP (top right
corner)
Source incorrectly set
If playing from a computer, ensure the
soundcard is set to miniDSP 2x4 HD if
using the USB Input. Some software, for
example Tidal, must also be switched to
the correct soundcard output.
