12.2 Refrigerant
When replenishing the refrigerant only use the refrigerant indicated on the label. Refilling is only to be
carried out by authorized service personnel.
12.3 Behaviour in the event of malfunctions
The appliance may no longer be used if components have failed or no longer function properly. In this
case, the appliance must be repaired by a qualified technician or by the Beer Grill customer service.
12.4 Self-checking
If the cooling device does not work at all (operating light is dark), please check the following points before
contacting the customer service:

Is the power supply interrupted?
+
Has a fuse blown (check auxiliary appliances)?
+
Is the plug correctly inserted in the socket?
+
Has the ON switch been turned on?
+
Have the electronics been set incorrectly?
If the cooling device is working, but incorrect (the products are too warm or too cold), please check the
following points before contacting the customer service:

Is the condenser in front of the unit dirty?
+
Is the ambient temperature too high?
+
Is there too much food in the cabinet or is it too warm?
+
Is the evaporator not defrosted (iced up)?
→ initiate defrost

Is the cooling tray exposed to strong draughts?
+
Is the display blocked
? → disconnect the entire appliance from the mains
+
Are the positions of the rotary switches correct?
12.5 Check by the specialist

In the event of a malfunction of the cooling unit
+
In the event of an incorrect setting of the refrigeration controller
+
In the event of continuous icing of the evaporator, if no defrosting is initiated and no change occurs
as a result of manually initiated defrosting

When the fans are not running
