Information on storage/disposal

Storage

If you do not intend to use the device for a longer period of

time, clean it as described in the section

Cleaning and main-

tenance

You can wind the das mains cable around the hook (6) on the

device.
Store the device and all accessory parts in a dry, clean and

■

frost-free place which is protected against direct sunlight.

Disposing of the packaging

The packaging protects the device against damage during tran-

sit. The packaging materials have been selected according to

environmental and waste disposal aspects and can therefore be

recycled.
Recycling the packaging material for further use saves raw ma-

terials and reduces waste. When no longer required, dispose of

the packaging materials in accordance with the local regulations

in force.

NOTE

If possible, keep the original packaging during the warranty

period in order to pack the device properly in the event of a

warranty claim. Transport damage will invalidate the warran-

ty.

Disposing of the old device

This product may not be disposed of in the domestic refuse within

the European Union.
Dispose of the device in accordance with the EU Directive

2002/96/EU-WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Should you have any questions, please contact the local authority

responsible for waste disposal.
