Cleaning and maintenance
Before beginning any work, pay attention
to the safety instructions in the section
Safety instructions (page 13)!
Cleaning the appliance
Clean the appliance after each use.
Pull the plug out of the mains socket.

Remove the cutter, rasper or grater
‹
insert as described in the section In-
serting/removing the cutting, rasp-
ing or grater insert (page 17) .
WARNING
The slicers are very sharp!
Only grip the plastic parts of the cut- ►
ter, rasper, grater.
Remove the attachment as described
‹
in the section Inserting/removing the
attachment (page 17) .
Clean the drive unit (1) with a damp
‹
cloth.
Clean the other parts in hot water and
‹
a little washing up liquid.
NOTE
With the exception of the drive unit, ►
all parts can be cleaned in the dish-
washer.
Storage
If you do not intend to use the appliance
for a longer period of time, clean it as de-
scribed in the section Cleaning and main-
tenance (page 18) .
Store the appliance and all accessory
parts at a dry, clean and frost-free loca-
tion, which is protected against direct
sunlight.
