To Choose a Command with the Keyboard
After you press
Þ
, each menu name has one letter underlined to indicate which letter to use
to display its menu drop-down list. For example, the letter F in the
File
menu is underlined,
so press
F
to display the File menu drop-down list; the letter E in the Edit menu is
underlined, so press
E
to display the
Edit
menu drop-down list.
Dialog Box
Dialog boxes receive commands or information; for example, a file name dialog box receives
information about a file name.
