Standard skin
• Theme 2:
Dementia (this theme is suitable for people with beginning
dementia)
• Theme 3:
Visually impaired (this theme is suitable for people who
are visually impaired/have bad sight)
With the passive/dementia clock (BBrain Family D2) you can choose
between the displays of the clock (analogue or digital), and the
following themes are available: standard skin and visually impaired.
3.2 Display
Through the tab ‘display’ you can set the brightness of the screen
and the night mode.
Brightness:
This is the brightness of the screen during the day
Night mode:
This is the brightness of the screen during the night –
You can set the times between which the night mode has to be
turned on
Connect an HDMI cable from your television to the HDMI connection
(11) on the back of the device to display the image of your BBrain on
the television. Then select the correct HDMI source on your TV.
3.3 Date, time, language
In this menu you can change amongst others the language of the
BBrain. The date and the time are changed automatically in the
standard settings
3.4 Sound
Through the tab ‘sound’ you can set the volume, rate of speech, and
the silent mode.
• Volume:
The volume of the sound
• Rate of speech:
The tempo at which messages are spoken out loud
• Silent mode:
Here you can set the times between which you don’t
want the BBrain clock to make a sound
• Pronounce buttons:
The buttons are spoken out loud when tapped;
not in silent mode. Not available with the passive/dementia clock (D2)
