Manufacturer’s recommended Service
After the initial one hundred operating hours, the Gear Reducer (connected to the Tank
Agitation Motor) should be thoroughly drained of oil while the oil is still warm (refer to
manufacturer’s manual shipped with the Tank). Following the initial one hundred hour
break-in period, the oil should be changed every six months or 2,500 operating hours
(whichever is first).
Frequently check the oil level of the Gear Reducer and inspect the Vent Plug to ensure it is clean and operational. If the oil level is
low, add lubrication when necessary (refer to manufacturer’s manual for oil specification).
