When you set a new temperature for either of the zones, the 
display will show this temperature for 5 minutes before showing 
the actual zone temperature. During this time, the zone 
temperature will adjust accordingly.  

 

o

 

When you are storing mostly red wines, the temperature needs 
to be set at 15°C - 22°C / 58°F - 71°F. The red LED lamp for red 
wine will light.  

 

o

 

When you are storing mostly white wines, the temperature 
needs to be set at 9°C - 14°C / 48°F - 57°F. The green LED lamp 
for white wine will light.  

 

o

 

When you are storing mostly sparkling wines, the temperature 
needs to be set at 5°C - 8°C / 40°F - 47°F. The amber LED lamp 
for sparkling wine will light.  

 
IMPORTANT: When the temperature of a zone is changed, the 
compressor works harder to reach the required temperature. 
During this time, the side panels of the wine cabinet can reach 
up to 45°C however they will cool down when the set 
temperature is reached.  
 
Changing between Fahrenheit and Celsius

You can select whether the temperature displays show Celsius or 
Fahrenheit. 

 

 

o

 

To alter what the temperature displays are showing, press the 
Celsius / Fahrenheit selector button (2). The chosen symbol will 
appear in blue on the display window for each zone.  

 
Safety lock 

 
The wine cabinet has an automatic safety lock to prevent 
unintentional operation of the wine cabinet by other persons 
such as children. 

 

o

 

If no buttons have been pressed for 2 minutes, the control panel 
will lock automatically. All buttons will be deactivated.  

 

o

 

To release the safety lock, press the plus (4) and minus (3) 
buttons at the same for at least 3 seconds. All buttons on the
